ATLANTA — An Atlanta man is asking the town to cease speeders on a lethal stretch of highway in entrance of his residence.
Jerry Middleton says it was a Tuesday night time round 10:30 p.m. when he and his household heard “this loud ‘increase,’ after which the lights flickered,” Middleton mentioned.
