Full time, permanent job opportunity for a Plastic Surgery Medical Assistant in New York City. Join a board-certified facial plastic surgeon in a well-established practice. The incoming Medical Assistant will perform various clinical duties to keep the practice running efficiently, work directly with healthcare providers and clinical staff to maintain patient electronic medical records, explain common medical procedures to patients, as well as surgeries performed in the office and assist providers in patient care. Salary depends on experience. Competitive benefits package.

• Current experience working as a Medical Assistant in a plastic surgery practice.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or
• Current Medical Assistant certification.
• Active and unrevoked RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA certification/ABR-OE credentials preferred, not required.
