Partygoers in DeKalb County looking for fun on New Year’s Eve won’t have to travel far to have a good time. Check out these events to say goodbye to 2023 and hello to 2024:

HobNob Brookhaven is hosting a Rockin’ New Year’s Eve Party starting at 8 p.m. on Dec. 31. The party is free to attend and will include party favors and midnight champagne toast. Dinner specials, as well as champagne and bourbon flight specials, will also be available.

Legacy Events and Catering will be hosting a New Year’s Eve Masquerade Party that will run from 9 p.m. on Dec. 31 to 3 a.m. on Jan. 1 at Hi-Def Events on Avondale, located at 1303 Columbia Drive, Suite D in Decatur. “Wear your most glamorous attire, and don’t forget your Masquerade Mask,” said organizers. “Our enchanting venue will be transformed into a haven of elegance and allure, setting the perfect ambiance for a night to remember.”
Tickets for the all-inclusive event are $60 per person and include dinner, drinks, and parking. “Our skilled bartenders will serve a wide selection of delicious cocktails and signature drinks to keep the party going,” said organizers. “Make new friends as you mingle with fellow partygoers, dancing the night away to your favorite Soca, Reggae, Calypso, R and B, Reggaeton, Caribbean Oldies, Classic R&B, Hip Hop, Afro-Beats, Afro-Kompa beats.” Visit for more information.

Join hosts Frank Ski, Shon Gables, and others at the 2024 NYE in ATL party starting at 6 p.m. on Dec. 31 at Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia located at 4355 Ashford Dunwoody Road in Dunwoody. The party will feature live entertainment, music, a comedy show, a midnight toast, and a countdown balloon drop.

Stone Mountain
For those looking for a family friendly way to ring in the new year, Stone Mountain Park, located at 1000 Robert E Lee Boulevard in Stone Mountain, will be hosting an early New Year’s Eve celebration for all ages.

“On Dec. 31, Stone Mountain Park will operate the holiday events as usual and then we’ll ring in the early New Year with a magical snowfall and early 2024 countdown,” said organizers. “When the clock strikes 9 p.m., enjoy snow and fireworks to usher in the early New Year! The Early New Year’s Eve celebration is included with a daily Christmas Attractions Ticket or annual Mountain Membership.”
