Man discovered responsible of manslaughter in connection to deadly DeKalb County crash

DEKALB COUNTY, Ala. (WAFF) – A person was convicted on a number of expenses Thursday in connection to a three-vehicle crash that occurred in 2020.

On April 10, 2020, William Keith Seay was driving northbound in a Chevy Silverado alongside Alabama Freeway 75 when he veered into the mistaken lane, sideswiping a car earlier than hitting one other head-on. The crash resulted within the deaths of Robin Anderson and Hannah Moon.

Officers later discovered that Seay was underneath the affect of a number of managed substances on the time of the crash.

Seay was discovered responsible of two counts of manslaughter, illegal possession of a managed substance, and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia.
