POWDER SPRINGS, Ga. — Two teenagers are in police custody after they allegedly carjacked a sufferer’s automobile Sunday afternoon.

Powder Springs police mentioned on Sunday at 1 p.m., FLOCK alerted officers of a carjacked automobile that drove into town.
Powder Springs police started to extend patrol within the space of C.H. James Parkway.
Officers realized that earlier that day, a sufferer was held at gunpoint in DeKalb County by two suspects.
Authorities mentioned Cobb County officers discovered the automobile within the Defoors Farm neighborhood off of Hiram Lithia Springs Highway.
Powder Springs officers mentioned once they discovered the automobile nobody was inside.
A short while had handed when two suspects had been seen on surveillance video leaving a house and going again to the automobile.
When officers approached the suspects, they started to run. Police mentioned once they had been caught, the duo each had weapons.
Authorities mentioned one of many suspects nonetheless had the masks he used within the carjacking.

Police later realized that each suspects had been two 15-year-old boys, with one claiming to reside in Defoors Farm.
“I’m unsure why so many people are bringing their carjacked autos via Powder Springs, however you’ll suppose they might have heard by now… we don’t play,” the division wrote.
Each teenagers had been charged and transported to the Cobb County Youth Detention Middle. They’re additionally charged by DeKalb police for the carjacking.
